Secondary Racking & Oktoberfest Brewing
Began racking the Drunken Lemur IPA into the secondary fermentor.


Decided to brew up an Oktoberfest. Here it is in the boil kettle.

After Hop Relaxation
After a long two days of cutting down hop vines, picking the cones off the vines, dehydrating, and storing them, there’s only one way to relax. with an ice cold beer while smelling the fresh hops from my own hop garden!
