The Cascade and Nugget hops are doing quite well, as you can see!
Here’s a couple pictures of my Cascade & Nugget hops, which are just starting to sprout. Baby Cascade hops sprouting. Baby Nugget hops sprouting. The Golding hops have not begun to sprout yet, and I haven’t received the Columbus, Galena, Centennial, and Chinook rhizomes from the supplier yet.
Getting ready to brew: Here’s the sanitized equipment. Using a maibock kit from Northern Brewer. Stirring the grain bag in the hot wort. Finishing up the boil. Using the wort chiller to cool the wort. Pouring the cooled wort into the carboy. Ready to begin fermentation!
